Dear Mathews-Dickey Community, 


As always, the first priority of Mathews-Dickey is to safeguard our community, volunteers and staff. Everyday we learn more and more about the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and are following the recommendations of the US Center for Disease and Prevention, the CDC, and state and local health agencies.​ At this time Mathews-Dickey is closed until further notice. Please note, there are no confirmed nor suspected cases at Mathews-Dickey.


We are diligently following the CDC's guidance for planning, preparing and responding to the epidemic that can be found . We urge you to keep abreast of developments as well. The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has activated a 24-hour hotline. The phone number is 877-435-8411. Please note United Way can help direct you to resources as well, dial 2-1-1 CLICK HERE.


Remember to wash your hands with soap frequently, cough/sneeze in your elbow, avoid touching your face, wear gloves while pumping gas and help others when you can. 


In this difficult time, many organizations are stepping up to help. Here are a few resources available in our community:


1. Charter is offering free access to Spectrum Broadband and Wi-Fi for 60 days for K-12, college student households, and more.

2. Restaurants and non-profits are working to make sure kids are able to eat while they are out of school.

3. Many companies are choosing to make their products free for schools, teachers, and students during these turbulent times. Check out some great online educational resources.
